Ok, you've quoted the law. Now, give me some common sense. Do you think there is any chance in hell that management didn't know about this when they cashed in? As a shareholder I don't need a preponderance of the evidence to know when I've been boned. Richard Does this mean OJ wasn't guilty? (sorry)
