To answer your question, no it was only my assumption that the SEC
gave the o.k. of this 8k.I called the co. and was told that the SEC
asked for an affadavit regarding this claim though, so in an essence my
assumption is correct.(i recall being told this earlier)As far as share price, who knows! But i have to ask all the bre-x players out there,what attracted them to that play?Why the price run-up?

I also found out something that i was unaware of,the 60 million and the 111 million (inferred) are to be added together, equaling 171 million ounces! Unreal! ON LESS THAN HALF OF THE CLAIM.(am i the only one who didn't realize this?)
