No Problem. I got a reply from Laurie. She told me Cycomm uses statutory voting procedures. This is the normal set up, but it does put a restriction on activist shareholder tactics. I've not put anything up on the boards lately much either. Just no real news or information to discuss. Right now it's a wait and see game. Hope the outcome isn't too bad ... as no one will have a prayer of a chance to react in case the news is going the wrong direction. All relevant orders should have already been placed by now to get a spot in line (first come, first served) in case of an execution. Me? What me worry? Nah ...
