taxman, i am betting on a big move in MSFT tomorrow. Earlier in the day, one story had the MSFT lawyer not commenting on possible talks. Momentum buyers who were going to ride this stock into split and earnings are going to jump on this train earlier than they may have had planned to. All from just talks betweeen MSFT and DOJ> I believe there is added pressure against both parties as set by the INTEL example. Like I said before--it looks like a Big bad MSFT versus big government. Both would have a PR problem. However MSFT still has a loyal public, while no one like big government.
