Book value is comprised almost entirely of goodwill, which is an intangible. Tangible book value is only about 20 cents. Operating cash flow is negative; goodwill write-offs (amortization) will drain reported earnings for a long time to come. All of this=17/32 stock price. Not clear that this is undervalued.
