TO: ALL CONCERNED WWWC INVESTORS

FROM: "ELBOS"

Please read the dialogue between Judge Renq and me (455 & 458).

Although I am new to Silicon Investors, I am a long time WWWC investor. I now own in excess of 250,000 shares, and so I have a lot to lose if WWWC bellies up. Obviously, I care a great deal about what happens to WWWC and its investors.

Judge Renq apparently does not. To quote from his last reply-

"I assure you that what I am doing, whether it helps the company or hurts it will remove mr. M. from his tortious ways and get the company to run on the straight and narrow. I at this point am not worried about any money I lose, I have lost more in time than money and a bit of money."

Judge Renq obviously has no commitment to the welfare of our Company and its investors. He apparently does smell money for himself, however, in the form of legal fees, if only he can keep Peter Michaels tied up in litigation. That should be about as difficult as shooting fish in a barrel. All he has to do is keep Peter so busy that he has no chance to perform for WWWC and us, and do what he is obligated to do in our Settlement Agreement. Peter fails, Renq WINS. We watch L.A. Law- We know WINNING is what counts for lawyers. Justice for all? …Forget about it.

My belief is that Judge Renq is solely bent on destroying Peter Michaels, at any cost. (To us, of course.) For the Judge, that would be a WIN. Peter might go to jail, the Judge would collect his fee, and Renq gets to live happily ever after. Of course, if all the investors lose their money in the process, because WWWC cannot exist without Peter at this critical time in its existence, that would be just too bad. There are losses in any battle, eh Judge? As long as they're not yours, of course.

Nothing would make me happier, Judge Renq, than if I were totally wrong about you. Please prove me wrong by getting off Peter's back for these 90 days for which he has dearly paid. In a sense, all of us have paid dearly for these 90 days, during which time, Peter must perform as agreed in our Settlement. Please give him the time to make restitution to all of us, Judge Renq, and do what he says he can do. Encourage your investor friends to NOT seek the Pyrrhic Victory that would benefit only you, but give us ALL the chance to let Peter make us well. If you and your friends tie him up now, we're all dead in the water. I believe with all my heart that most investors would prefer Restitution to Revenge. If you and your friends will seek JUSTICE FOR ALL, above revenge against one, we'll all get to sleep better.
