NEW YORK -- DoubleClick Inc., (NASDAQ: DCLK), a leading provider of global Internet advertising solutions, today announced

Travelocity.com owned by the SABRE Group (NASDQ:TSG); GreenTree.com;Four Points Digital; Travelscape.com; Mediasmith,
Inc. and Strategic Interactive Group. "DART For Advertisers" is a privately labeled ad serving, reporting and optimizing system for
advertisers and ad agencies. It's a product from DoubleClick's Closed-Loop Marketing Solutions group, which launched in
October.

For the first time in any medium, advertisers can control the delivery of their ad campaigns. This includes the ability to change
creative, target on any site, centralize campaign reporting and monitor post-click activity. By taking advantage of DoubleClick's
extensive experience in media representation and data intelligence, "DART For Advertisers" allows advertisers to deliver,
measure, and analyze results, and to then adapt future advertising to increase effectiveness.

"All these partners are true innovators in online advertising," said Kevin O'Connor, CEO of DoubleClick. "They are positioning
themselves to capitalize on this rich market with technology that has proven to be effective and scalable."

DART, the standard in advertising management technology on the Internet currently delivering more than 5 billion ads a month
on over 6,400 web sites around the world. Any advertiser using "DART for Advertisers" will benefit from consistency in
measurement when delivering their ads to any of these 6,400 DART-enabled sites. This is one more step DoubleClick has taken to
establish a standard set of metrics with which to measure online advertising.

"DoubleClick DART for Advertisers allows Dell to truly measure the success of our online advertising," said Patricia Crowell, Dell
Online Marketing and Communications Manager. "For the first time, we can track the relationship between our advertising and our
revenue, not just impressions and clicks. DoubleClick worked with us to develop a solution that would provide valuable information
on our audience, while protecting our clients' privacy - a goal of paramount importance to us. It's DoubleClick's commitment to
service, reliability and cutting-edge technology that makes them the perfect partner for us."

"We chose DoubleClick for our third party ad serving needs because DART for Advertisers offers the scalability and flexibility that
we need to produce superior online campaigns for our clients," said David Smith, President of Mediasmith, Inc. "We work with
some of the most sophisticated advertisers in the world and they expect solutions to generate results and provide accurate
measurement. DART provides us with a core technology to build lasting relationships between brands and consumers online."

"We believe our partnership with DoubleClick will enhance our ability to provide results-based media planning and buying to our
clients. Combining our direct marketing heritage with DoubleClick's advanced technology enables us to implement a
test-learn-refine approach to the channel," said Michael Comins Vice President, Media Director, SIG. "At Strategic Interactive
Group, we are constantly seeking ways to provide a competitive edge for our clients. We believe our partnership with DoubleClick
gives our clients that edge."
