Bill, it seems to me that XYBR's greatest asset now is their patent rights - IF they hold up on the broad scope they are projecting. THe problem is that it takes $$$ to fight infringement issues and they have no money.

Has there been any additional information released since the Sept. 10Q which gives them a better financial picture?
