At $5k a pop, it would not be difficult to hit $1.5M if they sold to a fleet company like UPS or FedEx. That would be 300 units. For their sake (and yours), I hope they do fine. I wouldn't buy this one because it is all or nothing: if they fail in this next quarter, it's curtains. There's no money left.

My issues are:

1) Their 10Q sucks; granted, it's historical, not forward looking, but it looks like a company about to go belly up;
2) You have not yet denied any association with them;
3) You have again brought up a "factoid" of $1.5M in earnings; again, please state your source: public or private?

Donny, there are plenty of companies with great ideas/products which succumb to bad timing, poor financing, crooks, and any number of things. Remember the GO corporation? They had one of the earliest hand-held handwriting analysis machines. Bankrupt. Now look at the Palm Pilot and similar devices. They are doing great. All in the timing. They were before their time and the technology couldn't support the plan. My criticism, which by the way came AFTER your comments caused me to look into the company, is soley based upon the financials as shown in the 10Q. I certainly wouldn't characterize my comments as an "attack".
