Thanks for your comments, Shane. This seed/barrier layer is amazingly thin according to ICE's cross-section diagram of IBM's new PC750. It shows about a tenth of the thickness of the metal 2, 3, 4, and 5. Given you some perspective, the width of the poly gate is about half the length of the thickness of these metal layers. Do you have any gut feelings on the yield? Time Traveler
