Sophia...I think it's interesting that AOL will keynote a "wireless" conference....I have been looking ahead for some time now to the future when wireless Internet access will be fairly commonplace.

Awhile back there was rumor floating around that AOL was in "talks" to acquire Hughes Communications who own the #1 satelite service DirecTV, who is in the process of acquiring (or has acquired) the #2 satelite company PrimeStar.....Nothing became of the rumor (about 2 months old) but you can be sure AOL is going to, at the very least, have some strategic alliances with wireless communication companies as the push in this area gains momentum....Although, I would have to admit it would be a great acquisition for AOL to have a jump on the competition by acquiring the #1 and #2 sattelite companies.
