I honestly believe that this is what's happening.... we have three negative forces, hitting in concert.... (1) private investors, giving up on the sector, (2) people like Michael Murphy, after lousy performance, deciding that they've made a mistake and bailing from low-caps, and (3) fund managers, facing redemptions and/or intentionally selling into low demand, planning to ride leveraged bets on the way back up.
Now, lots of you may hate me for this, but.... I've been doing very well. While my long-term, third-tier bets have been rotting, I've been playing near-the-money calls, with the small trading portion of my portfolio, for the companies that have already been hit.
I always appreciate people leaving their losses on the board for wiser investors to pick up. I can only say this..... we are correct... the stocks that we love are incredible bargains. But, we're sitting targets. Find a strategy and fight back!
