Ron i will speak to you on the other thread after this okay as this is OT.

They are in a recessive economy according to the figures we are picking up.
At some point regardless of loans being assets our farmers will hurt.

How can Asia improve when her people are feeling clamped i don't know what it would take . Move her out of her own environment and show her growth elsewhere so the fear diminishes in her populace.
The problem truly lies in being non reliant on self no way can they export themselves out of this with China on their tail concerned about her growth too.

Japan's solution to write off bank debt might however just help her.

We can't boost demand up. That comes from increased funds. I believe we have a one cent raise.

God forbid at this juncture in history oil starts to move.
