Untrue Dwight, I just think it is futile to engage in this argument any further. You have your convictions and I can respect that. The only issue seems to be my definition of "extremists" vs. yours. When I say someone is extreme, I mean that they deviate from the majority. That is in fact true of the pro-lifers. They are not the majority. They make the most noise, but that does not mean much. Hence, to me, they are extremists. You seem to define extremists to mean anyone that doesn't agree with you (on the pro-life position specifically). I do not agree with you, true, but I am very mainstream in my beliefs on this issue - I am not an advocate of PBAs for example, except that I know the wording of some PBA ban laws is actually cloaked in a way such to outlaw all abortions (witness the case last week in LA) - that is my only objection to banning PBAs (basically, I don't trust the religious right is what it comes down to).

As for Johannes, he seems to believe that being gay/lesbian is a lifestyle choice. That says it all right there.
