Marc, Thank your for your constructive comments, as you may know we acquired the Java Centrale franchise network from the Paradise Bakery Company..When we completed the turnover of the franchise base it was with the idea of developing a captive channel of distribution for our bakery products as well as expanding our own capability to market not only bakery products but coffee as well. While there were in fact at one time well over 30 Java Centrale franchise locations under "Paradise" many were apparently either poorly trained or poorly selected, at any rate many of the locations were closed prior to our ownership of the Franchise Network or within a few months after. I went out and met a number of the existing Franchisees and we had one visit us in Dallas. after reviewing the existing Franchise Base we determined that their were some fundamental changes that needed to be made to optimize the Java concept.We have been working on some new product ideas and exploring the best way to maximize the opportunity associated with Java and as I indicated to you earlier the most obvious seems to be the idea of developing a internet based marketing program to expand the Java concept.we are in the process of completing the development of this Vitual Java and will be launching the first store with A2Z shopping mall.I believe this will help us to grow the concept for the future. Clearly the existing franchise program has value and it would appear that the existing franchise base is solid..I will get you the outstanding shares this week.Dana Verrill Pres.
