Hmmm.... what do you think of the author of this piece (Louis Corrigan)? Ever read him before? He seems to be making a big deal of "non-events" - such as Onsale's no-markup products, etc. I must be alone in thinking that cheaper prices is not all there is to web retailing. Michelle
