That was ME!!! I bought those 1,000 shares at the open this morning!
What a surprise to see you post about it!

Yeah, I had about $70 sitting in cash so I said, oh what the heck...might as well buy another 1,000 shares of NPEC. I mean, when it goes to even 25 cents, that $70 will be worth $250. Can't get returns like that at the bank on $70.
