Then why don't you just say that in the first place instead of trying to insinuate he is doing something wrong. He is a paper pusher plan and simple. And you and I both know that the majority of times you see the words "not in good standing" it is because the company is going out of business as it is known and has absolutely nothing to do with who files their paperwork. God forbid you would state anything like Hey did you all know that DGIV has ALWAYS been a corporation in good standing in the state of Nevada since their first filing!
