D, I don't have much direct experience except with Dell. I don't want to misrepresent myself. I focused on outbound shipping and logistics of heavy items. I do know Dell considered shipping charges a cost of sales and often times made money from shipping/fulfillment. If you lived in timbuktu, they lost money. Michelle
