Dan the internal switch would cost less than Berkeley Net acquisition,
but it's questionable if it would have been better, and since I don't have the specs side by side, for the Berkeley Net switch it's hard to tell, besides it's now history anyway...

What is true, Fore made a serious of strategic mistakes. This is the
reason why it's in trouble right now, and will remain just a trading stock, and not a long term buy for serious investors.
