New investors to ACRT, be careful at these prices above $17.00.

I am the analyst who recommended ACRT at $3.5 and 6.5 in July and Nov respectively with a price target of $10-$12 by June of this year. I will probably be coming out with an update report.

For those interested (EMail me at JC-finworld@Worldnet.att.net).

I may be biased in that I can see so much opportunity for ACRT. However, these prices may already discounting some of FY 1998 performance. There is limited margin for error if ACRT, through no fault of its own, comes in under my numbers. Remember assumptions must be turned into reality. I can make a case for a $100 stock, but that means a lot of IFs. If big customers significantly raise their orders, if ACRT markets nationally as well as they do in New York, If they hire the right people.

Management has done a great job, but everyone is human. Allow for mistakes. Without mistakes how would we learn and improve.

For anyone buying above $17.00 do not panic if there is volatility, just be damned sure you really know what you are doing and you understand your risk levels.

I have given warnings before abount not panicing when the price sells off, now I am giving a slight warning about higher prices. I am certainly happy with the price action, I just want new investors to be aware of what they are doing.

Also try to keep this ACRT line confined to ACRT business.

Best to all.
