isn't this the greatest business model... start up a bogus company with multimillion dollar projections, issue stock... when the stock price hits rock bottom, create another company, issue stock, start all over. In the meantime, the first company dies (as did Torrey Pines Nevada & Cyberwin).

Secret of Success: you don't even have to write a new business plan for each new company, just use the same PR every time. Example:

"Cyberwin has reached an agreement with Casinos of the South Pacific, an internet gaming company in the Cook Islands, to provide certain financial assistance and technical consulting services for Casinos of the South Pacific gaming facility, whereby Cyberwin will receive 80% of the net revenues generated by the gaming facility..."

When Cyberwin dies, move on to NetBet:

"COSP is an offshore on-line Internet casino located in the Cook Islands. Netbet has an exclusive Agreement with COSP whereby Netbet receives 80% of COSP's net revenue in return for Netbet supplying technology, marketing and financial consulting to COSP."
