Well, Mike, at this price I think I have to become a buyer even though I had no intention of buying prior to closing of the bond issue. I don't see the company going bankrupt and I see little downside. It has too many assets and it is profitable. Yes, I sometimes wonder if management really know what they are about. However, if I was willing to pay $1.60 for the warrants, how can I turn down the stock at $0.53 or so? If, as you assert, Blaine and/or Wood Gundy are intentionally depressing the share price, I see no reason why I shouldn't help myself to some cheap stock.
I'll be a patient buyer because I don't anticipate any earth-shattering news in the near future. Longer term, I do expect to see a solid operation with an appropriate share price.
Best regards, Ed
