No doubt the geographical fear is a big factor in the LEAH price, and has been for many months. This is, in part, a play on the return of stability to the region, which could begin, IMO with any significant recovery in Asia. Oil and gas production, and the related services will be early in any recovery due to the increasing need for hard currency.

I've always been amazed by the situations in the most unstable parts of the world, where the indigenous adversaries both keep a good relationship with the oil people because of their critical importance.
No one likes the nightmare of finally achieving power, and seeing the oil folks leaving on the last plane out(:->).
