Look Robert. Steve Case is no dummy. Why would he want to hook up with i.e. Time Warner, etc. when the FCC hasn't as yet made a decision as to whether or not to allow companies such as AOL, MCI, etc. to be able to buy usage on their cable wires. Personally I believe they will be allowed to. That would be better for the consumer, and yes, for AOL. Think of the money they would save. There is a lot of lobbying going on right now. If the FCC says the cable companies such as the AT&T/TCI merger, Time Warner, etc. have to open up their lines, watch AOL move overnight.
