You're overlooking that Compaq will be shipping their computers with Siebel Sales on them. That's competition even your beloved Dell can't overcome. :)

The rumor is that Compaq will also be shipping a free lunch pail with every computer and that the pail will have Thomas Siebel's picture on the side. Siebel wanted his picture on the computer but even Compaq has their limits.
