Be careful in believing the opinions of Briefing.com. Their market timer went bearish for both the short and intermediate term just prior to the big rally we have experienced in the last week. Over the last year or so, that analyst has had a very poor batting average. Their tech stock geru is slightly better. But still, on a scale of 10 with 1 being the best, in my view scores only about a seven.

Qwest is one of these stocks that come along, not very often, that have the right product at the right time with little competition at the price that they can offer their product and services. If the market remains sound, both the long term investors and the momentum players should awaken to Qwest's potential -- 75-80 in the next 12 months is far too conservative.
