ITKG has been working diligently in the preparation of their Form 10 and all its components. In fact, I am told that ITKG's Form 10 is now over 30 pages in length. Thus, we, as investors, should see a fully reporting company within four (4) weeks of this writing. This form as I understand it must include among other things a statement about the company's financial condition. In other words, I predict ITKG will beat the new SEC guidelines for "reporting status" and thus will gain credibility. If this filing is in fact submitted to the SEC (electronically) and thus available through EDGAR, one must think that ITKG is for real. I am one who believes they are for real.
Once the Form 10 is on record, the company would then logically inform the investment world of some developments that have caused them to wade through the lengthy and difficult Form 10. I am looking for some very interesting releases in early April that will enlighten us and cause our stock price to return to respectable trading levels.
And, how about a professional Public Relations Firm to disseminate the word ?? I look for that as well.
I will have more in the near term. For now, I see the stock finding support in the low 30's and if it should dip below that level, I would view that as a buying opportunity. Accumulation is in order prior to the filing of the Form 10 (IMO).
As always, I have offered my views to this thread. I urge all investors to perform their own unique and in depth analysis of ITKG as well as any company in which they invest.
