Ken, I called Consolidated and they confirmed that quarterly earning are out in March as you reported. I only got to talk to a secretary and asked if the outlook was improving. She told me that she could not comment. I then asked her if everyone was busy and she answered "extremely busy, people can hardly keep up with all the activity". Maybe that's a better comment than what the IR guy would tell me.
