eCom eCom.com, Inc. Announces New
Strategic Partnerships

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- eCom eCom.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
ECEC - news) developer of the eCom eCom Trading Club on the Internet today announced that two
new strategic partnerships have been reached.

Lighthouse Communications Group, LLC of Golden, CO (www.lightcomm.com) a premier web
designer, will manage the design and integrity of eCom eCom.com's total presence on the Web.
Lighthouse has been given the task of preparing the site for rapid growth and maximizing its user
friendliness with a target launch date of March 31, 1999.

Auction Broker Software of Tampa, FL (www.auctionbroker.com) will maintain the Trading Club's
software with continual upgrades and daily maintenance. They will also supervise the Trading Club's
two other venues, www.AClassifiedAd.com and www.SwapAndShop.com.

ecomecom.com will launch an aggressive marketing and advertising campaign to increase
awareness of its unique Trading Club, which offers individuals unlimited use of its three trading venues,
auction, swapping and classified ads for a low annual membership fee of $36. Businesses will be
offered a special program for moving excess or unwanted inventory at bargain prices.

eCom eCom.com has chosen to expand the Company through the use of strategic partnerships that not
only provide the opportunity for rapid growth but also control expenses. CEO, David J. Panaia stated,
''There are several other agreements currently in negotiations, one with a browser developer and
another with a sports web management company very shortly.''

The Company which is fully reporting has little debt after more than three years of development.
Panaia added, ''As we move into the operational phase, it is very important to bring the necessary
talent to the Company in a timely but cost-effective manner.''
