no navr. Drgn ipo filing delayed now to April. LU into voice area now, so that may be hurting SEG a bit. With all the thgt of small moves in non i-net stks, seems a waste of time to trade anything but i-nets. Sheesh - huge point moves in ONSL, CMGI, EBAY, etc.
