The General Store Signs Internet Deals

SEATTLE, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Glen Easthope, CEO of The General Store International Corporation GSIC is pleased to announce the signing of two agreements with new strategic partners to develop two key areas of The General Store expansion.
On March 1st, 1999, an agreement was reached with Go2Net, Inc. to conduct an ongoing Internet Advertising and Marketing campaign. Go2Net, Inc. GNET is an emerging Internet phenomenon offering many of the Internet's most popular destinations including: Silicon Investor, Metacrawler, StockSite, Hypermart, 100 Hot and Web Market. All of these make Go2Net, INC. an excellent choice for The General Store.

The General Store International Corporation is also very pleased to have reached an agreement on March 2nd 1999 with E-Com Consultants (Canada) Corp. to develop an Online Ordering Browser Application for The General Store. This project will provide a new revenue stream for The General Store and its Area Representatives, while providing customers with yet another alternative way to shop with The General Store.

The General Store is very excited with these two new associations and believe they will add the expertise needed to propel the company into the new millennium.
