I'm not arguing - I'm cheerfully & respectfully debating the result of your 'neat trick' - why don't you put my doubts to rest by linking the appropriate text from the log of filings below that supports your indictment of Seagate's books?

Also, if you look at the cash from operating activities portion of the C/F statement from the 6/98 10-K, you'll see that the forex contracts can not be contained in any other line but Other, Net in the non-cash item section (you do agree that they're non-cash items, I hope).
