Flash backs to another Russian rocket engine that went "BURP" perhaps?

I think the LM folks have a more robust software set and better oversight. Still, integration of cultures and hardware is challenging. I think they would address many of the finer points but the rocket business being what it is, you never know what combination of small anomalies is going to constructively add up to a destructive failure. Model, test and review all you want, until you get into the flight regime you cant be totally sure. Ask the Delta guys how a non-problem in one flight profile can become a real problem in another.

I will be keeping tabs on the boys, Loral needs to get out from under the cloud that has been raining on our parade.
