It looks like it was the good news I wanted to hear. It seems that Bioponics was able to sucessfully patent at least some of the equipment and techniques used in the MR3 system.

That's excellent. Depending what the process is, patent's are not always available. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to call the company, and I'm going to be away for a couple of days. So I'll have to talk tothem later in the week.
