This came out this morning. I would ask you to keep in mind that the High Performance Drive comments really should keep the quarter on track. On the desktop side, the U-4 ramp seems like it will be fast and furious ... if they could actually win some business at Dell on the desktop, it wouldn't hurt ... they actually have a chance to do so for the first time in a longgggg time. I would be a very willing buyer if this pulls back some more. Until they break out the charge ... most of which should be the Ireland semi plant closing (?Cash and NonCash Mix?) ... I am not too worked up about a number of that magnitude. --Duker
