I have owned it for quite a long time...since a private placement. Also, I was misinformed about Mr. Antebi. It was Bear Stearns that he was with and not Merrill. It appears that the information about him being a past Managing Director of Bear Stearns is correct. My apology for my incorrect information. Lee
