George, Panic selling by retail investors was probably caused by them interpreting the news as not good (enough). Big guys were not selling, the day of the panic. That should tell us something. I determine ACC/DISS by the IBD rating and by looking at price and volume. You could also see lots of big block buying the days before the retail investors panic selling. Personally I'm not worried as long as it keep sabove 9.75 - 10 level.
