Bill,

The execs at Seagate appear to be selling shares rather systematically over the past year from looking at the reports. Just when should we expect the execs to take some profits? Never? These execs continue to get evergreen option grants each year, so why can't they take some money off the table??? If they sell 50% of their holdings, its one thing, but small amounts of shares (relative to their holdings) is another. I think that some shareholders have this idea that if management ever sells shares its time to head for the hills. If you have ever held a significant number of options that are heavily in the money don't you want to take some profits and lock it in?

Scott.
