This action of forming a cartel was to gather a count of LONG OVIS shareholders. The cartel has a method of buying and how to sell our shares in the event of a short squeeze. If all members follow the cartel buying and selling guidlines we will slay the bears in this matter. Like I have said in the past, I get nothing in return for forming this cartel. My only reward is my own share value is increased.
