< when I invest in a BB vs a listed company I give them different levels
of scrutiny just for that reason...for instance I know a listed company
can play with the books, it's just BB's tend to be more prone to do
so...but that's why this stock is selling for a buck fifty instead of
5...if this were a listed stock and all company information had been
verified by independent auditors I suspect MRPS would be selling more
like in the 3 to 5 dollar range today...>

EXACTLY RIGHT, Christopher! Some people I notice expect everything to be in place as if they were a Microsoft selling for $150 a share. But that is how people are. For instance on this trademark issue, MRPS without question owns the trademark, but again in the WORST CASE scenario we are talking about a NAME CHANGE ONLY......

Does anyone really think that the 37 or so companies negotiating with MRPS will stop buying the product because of a NAME change?

Plus does anyone think that CTRL whose main business by far is software will spend money to fight for a name?

Plus does anyone think that CTRL's product which is at least 3 years behind MRPS's product, will sell even if they decide to market it heavily?

Boy, I sure don't. I think you may have a bitter CEO of CTRL who had and then lost the ability to distribute the Microphonics products when they had the chance. They blew it and screwed up and MRPS cancelled them as a distributor.

Again I just can't see this as any worry at all. You won't either if you really think about it. Put yourself in the position of a customer who wants the MRPS product. Wuuld YOU care about a name change or would you want the best product?

And again, the odds that CTRL owns any of the 3 trademarks or wold spend money to fight for them and win is near ZERO
