To shareholders There is a better way of viewing things. Most people know a LOT more about this company now then a few weeks back. 99% of what they've learned is extremely positive. I think that would well overshadow these "issues" that are arising. In other words, there are 99 more STRONG reasons to hold and 1 insignificant reason to sell. If there is a patent issue, it's not in our hands. Obviously, the company is aware of it. So at this point, you're either going to "take the case" or trust the company and it's management to handle it. If you can't do either, then make it a dead issue or sell.
