MDIN coattails......... don't know the mgmt gameplan, but if NPEC does have an ace up its sleeve it has to be MDIN......... just can't see telecom being a big boost.

Any newbies in for risk-taking...... remember NPEC owns 20% of MDIN and NPEC is at a discount right now.
