PMTC: serious action recently for this engineering software firm. Seeking to break resistance at 18 or so. Currently at 19... lots of volume... but lots of float.... 80% owned by institutions so float may be tied up. Avg daily vol about 3M. Yesterday 11M.. today first hour getting near 5M.... Here's the take. It may want to fill the gap from June.... to 26 or so. With quite a bit of accumulation lately.. last few months... the supply may be short..... Make your own decisions.
