Brian et al, while I agree with your desire to demand full disclosure, I think it is important to figure out what is most important and what is not. On the trademark that is a relatively small issue in my mind. Good to check is out, which I did, but not that big a deal. HERE ARE MY 4 TOP THINGS TO CHECK OUT ON BB COMPANIES: Litigation is a good thing to check out on BB stocks and examine. Not all litigation is bad (i.e MRPS's could result in a $4million award) Check out shares O/S, float, and whether they have convertible debentures (which thank god we don't have here). and check out management's individual history to see if they had a checkered past. Also determine how unique a companies product or service is and if they have a powerful advantage over competitors Let's just keep everything in perspective and let new investors know that may come over to the board and lurk , that we are checking out some things but the glass is 7/8th full.
