INDEX UPDATE ============================== The NEW LOWs are now greater than the NEW HIGHs. Keep in mind that the NEW HIGHs were double the NEW LOWs 2 days ago, and this quick change is not a great sign with the DOW only down 15-20 points. It becomes subjective, but if the DOW was down much stronger, I could understand these figures as normal, but since the DOW is only down a few points the NEW HIGHs/LOWs should not be deteriorating this fast. seeya
