>>>The grass grows just as well on either side of the fence.<<<

Actually, that's not true, BlueFox. You can have sunflowers on both sides of the fence, and they could be the same kind of sunflowers. However, if the sunflowers on one side of the fence grow tall and luscious, while the sunflowers on the other side of the fence appear wilted, what this likely means is that one side has access to great sunshine, while the other side does not. Thus, sunflowers on opposite sides of the fence can grow differently. Grass too. As an aside, and so the rich and the poor!

Now, Jon Tara--other like-minded negative posters as well--spent the better part of a year equating Zulu with SEC investigation and/or jail time for Pat Hayton. There's obvious disgruntlement here and there can be little doubt JT's attitude has rubbed off on others, particularly since Zulu encountered a rocky birthing process as a company.

I guess what I'm saying is there are some who would deny Zulu--Hayton in particular--access to the great sunshine. From my viewpoint as a longtime Zulu investor, I consider unfair comments designed only to keep Zulu and/or Hayton, hence investors, in the shadow.

[NOTE TO JT: Since your posting history is full of suspicion and intimidation, I'm not going to play "A Thousand Questions" with ya. You'll have to either cast your own tea leaves or establish validity to your own connections.]

The following are general, non-intimidating-type questions to which I seek answers:

1) Who will be the new ZuluGroup.com chair and who will be the CEO.
2) The initial business plan of Group Omni-net.com.
3) The overall business plan of ZuluGroup.com's ecommerce strategy
4) Revised SEC details on the ZULU/ESVS combination.
5) Status of the LA office and its employees.
