Mark, I saw that article yesterday. Thanks for posting it on this thread. In the few internet lawsuits we've seen filed so far, the issues are either truth, personal threats or sex related (e.g. child porno). For example, saying something about Wade Cook that is known to be false. Or physically threatening someone. Or adults setting up meetings with minors for sexual purposes. Has the issue of pump and dump been addressed in an internet lawsuit yet? If not, I suspect that it will be. Since we know virtually nothing about tmmi, I don't see the parallel as long as none of the three above mentioned items are used. Occasional comments by one regular and several visitors are the closest I've seen on this thread to actionable actions. Of course, those folks know who they are. And thank goodness for the "save" button. Arnie
