sorry for posting this here, but i know there's a lot of good people here, and i'm hoping steve can help.

here's the story:

i bought (from e-trade) 5 calls (80) on xlnx at 3 1/4 yesterday, and received immediate confirmation. they were in my portfolio yesterday, and this morning.

35 minutes ago, i received a note from them stating that the buy was 'in error' and reversed. at that point, the options disappeared from my portfolio.

and, they've gone up since then. i talked to a customer service person who said that i'd have to talk to a broker, he couldn't do anything about it...i want my calls at the price i paid (and confirmed) NOT the current price. i don't think i want a broker; i want a manager to call a broker and say 'buy this, and stick it in his account, at 3 1/4'.

who do i raise hell to? what do i do?

thanks - bob
