Vic, Well said, the big cap portion of my portfolio that The Vanguard Group is running I don't worry about...Vanguard's reputation speaks for itself...the rest of my portfolio is my responsibility to do the DD on the companies...you know when the good guys question the bad guys they often ask the same question several times to see if the same answer keeps popping up...
